Units with HIPAA Compliance Requirements
The RightFax application has been configured to support HIPAA compliance if no external application integrations or routing is enabled to email or network drives. Units must utilize the RightFax Web or FaxUtil client to send and receive faxes.
Please contact your unit privacy coordinator for specific responsibilities needed to meet HIPAA compliance.
