- Details of Request: Enter name of product

One-Time Departmental Order

To immediately purchase departmental software with a one-time fee:
1. Visit the ITS Software Store: its.fsu.edu/software-store
2. Select One-Time Departmental Order
3. Sign in with your FSUID and password
4. Shop for software

Personal Order

To purchase software for home use:
1. Visit the ITS Software Store: its.fsu.edu/software-store
2. Select Personal Order
3. Sign in with your FSUID and password
4. Shop for software

Microsoft Applications Order
Microsoft has changed the process for obtaining and installing their applications from Kivuto to directly from Microsoft. Please follow these instructions for installing Microsoft Applications.

Order Details
To view details about your orders, sign in to the ITS Software Store and click the dropdown arrow next to your name in the upper right-hand corner. Select Your Account/Orders. Your items ordered will be listed under Orders & Downloads and will include details such as download links and software keys.
